Job summary

Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy to children. This role requires adherence to individualized treatment plans while operating under a BCBA's supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to meet the rigorous demands including long periods of standing and physical engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy to children.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children delivering therapy.
