Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will conduct in-home and community-based sessions, collect data, and report progress to analysts and coordinators.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT credential, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred or in progress), and are enthusiastic about working with children with autism. The role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
