Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work with children in in-home and community settings, collecting data and reporting progress to the team.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT credential, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and experience with children or ABA. We offer growth, paid training, and a strong support network to advance your career in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsabilités

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
