Achievements ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will work in-home and in the community, collecting data and reporting progress through Rethink software, while maintaining accurate progress notes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
