Kennedy ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy with a flexible, part-time schedule in the Fayetteville area. You’ll implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress in a safe, engaging setting.

Qualifikationen

• Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
