Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Florida is looking for caring, devoted, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families. The role offers pay between $22 and $27 per hour, flexible scheduling, ongoing training,

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Comfort working with diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.
• Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies.
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
