Job summary

Succeed ABA Indiana is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy in home-based, one-to-one settings for children with Autism ages 1-21. The role offers mentorship under BCBA supervision, ongoing trainings, and a supportive team focused on high-quality care.

The position emphasizes flexible schedules, strong hourly pay, and a collaborative work environment where therapists are treated with respect as professionals in the field.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of programs.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians on daily activities of the client.
