Job summary

Succeed AB in Indiana seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children ages 1-21 in home settings. You will implement interventions under BCBA supervision and monitor progress with data collection.

We offer a high hourly pay rate of $25.00–$28.00 per hour, supportive supervision, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team that values outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism is required.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written; Spanish a plus.
• Criminal background check must be passed; willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client.
