Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with proof of insurance are required.
• Ability to pass all required background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete clinical documentation within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain professionalism while providing high-quality, ethical services.
