ABA Solutions in Brandon, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children and families in school and home settings. You will work under supervision of BCBAs in a clinician-focused team, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy and collecting progress data.

The role emphasizes manageable caseloads, collaboration with teachers and caregivers, and opportunities for professional growth, including practicum-approved supervision toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Comfortable working with elementary through high school-aged students.
• Reliable transportation for local travel between service locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in school and home settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with clinical and funding requirements.
