Heartland Behavior is seeking dedicated individuals for part-time in-home ABA services with children who have Autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA interventions and support families in the home and community settings.

Paid training to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is provided. Earn flexible hours while contributing to meaningful outcomes and career growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
