Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer a positive, supportive work environment and hands-on training to help you grow into leadership in ABA. As an RBT, you will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, and using positive reinforcement to promote independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
