Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Rincon, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in clinic and home settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll work one-on-one with children to build essential skills and independence in environments where they feel comfortable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
