Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You will work under supervision, follow a treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

You will travel to home, school, clinic, or community settings, implement programs, and maintain accurate notes while collaborating with caregivers and staff. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related field is helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
