Apex ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in Georgia. You will work under supervision to deliver behavioral health services in a clinical or community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral therapy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain accurate documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
