You will provide behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, implementing ABA-based strategies and supporting daily living activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on accurate data collection, documentation, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress; ensure HIPAA compliance.
