Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Requires Active RBT Certification and at least a high school diploma; travel to local sessions is expected. Part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with benefits and career growth supported by PBS

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
