Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role offers flexible part-time scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, record data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally may be required; a reliable vehicle and driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required and must be active.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
