Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing ABA plans, using positive reinforcement, and recording data for progress tracking.

The position is part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentorship, clinical supervision, travel locally, and paid holidays; benefits for full-time staff and a quarterly bonus are

Qualifications

• Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
