Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Data collection and collaboration with families and clinical teams are core aspects of the role. Role offers part-time positions with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand; mentorship and career

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
