Job summary

ABA Home Therapy in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA services in-home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and provide regular updates while training families to implement treatment plans. A strong focus on professionalism and collaboration enables growth and leadership opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with children with behavior problems; excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in home settings.
• Must have valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Fluent English required.
• RBT certification for BACB.

Responsibilities

Our Behavior Technicians / RBTs are an essential part of the ABA Home Therapy team, as you provide direct in-home, school, and community-based ABA services to our clients. Our Behavior Technicians work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement an individualized treatment plan to address communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.

ABA Home Therapy has Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities based on our Client's needs.
