Associates in Pediatric Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in outpatient or home-based settings. You will conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and document progress in EMR while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

The role requires effective communication, adherence to BACB standards, and a compassionate approach with diverse pediatric populations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• Ability to work with diverse pediatric populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in outpatient or home-based settings.
• Implements Individualized Treatment Plans under supervision of BCBAs.
• Assist families with resources and support information.
• Complete documentation and supervision requirements per state board for RBT.
• Submit daily treatment notes in EMR for billing.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop behavior plans based on results.
• Make referrals for additional patient services as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Participate in therapy meetings and CEU training to maintain licensure.
• Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
