Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Part-time positions are available with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; travel locally is required and mentorship is provided to support career growth and development.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
