Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and annual raises.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required; experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
