Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote progress.

Part-time positions with growth to full-time as caseloads expand; travel locally may be required. Competitive benefits apply to full-time staff, and quarterly bonuses are available for meeting hourly targets.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
