Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Aurora, IL is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized plans, collect session data, and support learning through play in a safe environment.

Starting immediately with guaranteed full-time hours and regular growth opportunities; paid RBT certification is provided. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect basic session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support child development.
