Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Montbello, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.

You’ll participate in a supportive team, enjoy predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with occasional Saturdays, and have opportunities for growth into leadership, clinical administrator, or BCBA roles through our Everest Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with young children in therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Assist children through play-based ABA activities to promote learning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
