Autism Care Partners is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work at our Taunton center. You will implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and document sessions, supporting children’s communication, social, and adaptive skills in a safe, structured setting.

This entry-level role requires an 18+ age, a high school diploma or GED, and an active RBT certificate. We offer comprehensive benefits, potential growth, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, Windows.
• Ability to utilize technology and operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children at our center following BCBA-designed clinical plans.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior; complete session documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment; participate in required trainings.
• Support client goals related to communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.
• Assist with behavior reduction goals and toilet training as needed.
