Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings, with part-time hours and growth potential as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress while collaborating with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients on the floor and participate in activities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
