Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children in 1:1 ABA sessions across home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand and you receive mentorship and hands-on training.

You will implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress while collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
