Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Flexible scheduling with growth opportunities, annual raises, and a quarterly bonus are available. Travel to local in-home sessions may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
