Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Data collection and collaboration with families are essential for progress. We offer ongoing mentorship, career growth toward BCBA, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based treatment in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
