Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in various settings. Training is provided, with pathways to RBT certification and BCBA mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families; participate in team meetings.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
