Your role involves helping kids learn through play, staying actively engaged during sessions, and maintaining a safe, organized environment while collaborating with a supportive team to promote growth and success.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collect data.
• Team-oriented and reliable with strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
