The technician will work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years old, following individualized treatment plans and recording basic session data.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Full-time daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) available.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
