Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Red Oak, TX location. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 8 years, following individualized treatment plans and collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willingness to obtain within 20 days of hire.
• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with young children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
