Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a devoted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA plans, collect data, and help clients build essential skills.

You will assist in setting goals, support communication and daily living abilities, and contribute to progress reports.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Compassion and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
