Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking an empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement plans, collect data, and help clients progress toward goals.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, HIPAA knowledge, and a compassionate, patient approach. We offer training, certification support, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in areas such as communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
