Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients with autism. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement BIPs and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, support through the RBT certification process, and opportunities for internal growth. Starting compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with full-time benefits available

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines for patient confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.
