Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients with autism. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement BIPs, help build communication, social, and daily living skills, and maintain documentation in a clinic setting.

We provide benefits for teammates and support to obtain your RBT certification within 60 days, with a starting wage of $18.00–$21.00 per hour and flexible

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Support through RBT certification process within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow BIPs as outlined by the BCBA supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist patients with daily living skills (feeding, toileting).
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Support therapy sessions with speech or OT when needed.
• Obtain RBT certification within the first 60 days.
