Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy for pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under BCBA supervision, you will follow BIPs and support skill development in communication, motor, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Openings exist for full-time and part-time roles (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-6:30pm). Starting compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by the BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
