Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Spring, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in a clinic setting. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Start date is immediate, with rapid interview scheduling. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and hands-on activities with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
