Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Coppell, TX is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to follow personalized treatment plans with pediatric clients. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; start date immediate and paid training with 90% health coverage.

You’ll collect simple data, support kids through play-based therapy, and stay active and engaged throughout sessions. We offer guaranteed full-time hours, raises every 6 months, and a supportive culture with growth

Qualifications

• Must be an active RBT-certified individual.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
