Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around therapy spaces.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
