Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Cypress, TX clinic. This full-time role offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with potential Saturdays based on patient needs.

Competitive pay scales by education level and ABA experience, with paid RBT certification. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans, and collecting session data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
