Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collecting data to track progress.

Travel locally for in-home sessions and engage families and clinical teams to ensure success, with ongoing professional development opportunities and career growth toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
