Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time work with the potential to grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand. The position involves delivering ABA-based treatment under BCBA supervision and supporting families in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
