Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) invites applications for part-time Registered Behavior Technician roles. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, and using positive reinforcement to support learning and independence.

We offer mentorship, career growth, and opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients at their level.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
