Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Iowa. Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home and community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior with data-driven care plans.

We offer same-day pay, career advancement, flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive clinical team. High school diploma and RBT certification pre-work are required; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and positively impact children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
