Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in Charles City and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior under supervision. We offer a free 40-hour RBT certification training, flexible part-time shifts, and rapid onboarding.

No experience? Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
